Terms of Service

Market Royal is a marketplace on TON for Telegram gifts, usernames and numbers, with secure escrow and prices in GRAM.

How buying works

The buyer pays on-chain to the marketplace escrow wallet, with the order code as the payment memo. The engine verifies the payment on-chain (amount and memo) before anything is delivered. Delivery follows from escrow: Telegram Stars and Premium are delivered to a Telegram username, while shop items such as gifts, NFTs, usernames and numbers are delivered to a TON wallet address.

Rentals

Rented items are paid for on-chain for a chosen period. Some rentals are completed by the renter on the partner marketplace site, as explained during checkout.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own wallet and for entering the correct delivery target (username or wallet address). Transactions on TON are irreversible once confirmed, so check the delivery details before paying.

Availability

Listings, prices and availability change with the live market. The service may change or pause without notice, and in-progress orders are handled case by case through support.
